1. 12 to 18 half-hour one-on-one workouts, 2 or 3 times-per-week by appointments with TD at Buckhead Personal Training (at Body Construction studio, 3525 Piedmont Center) for 4 weeks.
2. Follow specified eating plan designed to your preferences in calorie range appropriate for sensible fat shedding (1500, 1400, 1300, 1200, 1100, or 1000 calories -- no less).
3. Spearding calories by eating mini meals: at least 4 times per day
4. Superhydration: Drink an ounce of ice water each day for every 2 pounds of body weight.
5. Perform 20 minutes of light activity after your evening meal (or largest meal of the day).
6. Eat in only one place in your home; don't eat in your car.
7. No alcohol.
8. Submit to BEFORE and AFTER body circumference measurements; can be done by family member at home, if preferred.
9. Submit to full-body BEFORE and AFTER photos in a 2-piece bathing suit, preferrably, or other tight-fitting garment. Can also be done by family member at home, if preferred.
10. Optional but helpful, provide accountability by logging food intake on MyFitnessPal and being "friends" with TD.
11. Recognize that this short-term improvement will quickly evaporate if some commitment to long-term improved fitness habits are not formed.
